Ron Heyden - V.P. Sales & Marketing

Ron is an experienced sales and marketing professional with over 25 years of experience in industrial automation. Obtaining a Masters Electrician license, Ron strengthens the Tech-Con team with niche expertise essential for the company’s success. 

Ron is passionate with his involvement in customer projects from conception to completion and has played a key role in launching several multi-million dollar projects throughout North and South America.

Rick Bobzener - G.M. of Engineering

Tech-Con Automation’s engineering team is led by Rick Bobzener. With forty years of experience in the industry, Rick guides Tech-Con’s staff with the knowledge essential for providing the latest technology of integrated solutions and maintaining the tradition of exceptional quality.

Rick brings several years of experience with industrial systems and has worked intimately with Systems Integration (PLC, HMI, Servo’s). Customer safety requirements are also Rick’s focus throughout conception and development of solutions, having extensive exposure to the safety obligations of the industry.

Perry Van Rossum - G.M. of Applications

Perry strengthens the Tech-Con Automation team with over twenty-five years of machine design and build experience. His strong mechanical background and creative vision ensures optimized automated systems, competitive quotations and promotes lean manufacturing solutions for customers.

Kevin Tulk - System Sales Manager

Kevin has over fifteen years of experience in automation sales and marketing, providing customers with robotic, conveyor and automation controls solutions.  Focused on providing effective affordable projects, Kevin is involved from concept and development to budgeting of both standard and custom automation systems.

Kevin has been creating interest and building a recognizable name for Tech-Con Automation over the last seven years.

Martin Fisher - Business Development Manager

Martin dedicates a great deal of his time working to develop strategic partners in new growth market segments and also expand internal expertise to support future growth.  With over 25 years of progressive experience in the automation industry, Martin’s focus is within highly sophisticated robotic & automated systems that encompass all areas of technical expertise, which include product assembly, welding, machining, material handling, test & inspection.

Rafael Trzaskoma, PMP - Sr. Project Manager

Rafael contributes over 10 years of expertise in the design and implementation of custom, purpose-built automation systems. His core experience stems from collaboration on multitude of projects with clients in automotive, aerospace, pharmaceutical and food industries. While specializing in the field of Automation and Robotics design and as a certified Project Management Professional, Rafael has led multi-disciplinary teams on small and multimillion dollar projects. Rafael has a proven track record in the application of robust project management process tailored to a specific project size, risk, complexity and budget.
